Material
On each product you will find a button called Metal & Material. There you can clearly see which metal you wish to purchase and which basic material you have in the jewelry.
Metal: IOAKU only works with plated genuine 18k gold or silver.
IOAKU usually works with brass or stainless steel as the base material for all jewelry.
Brass is a fantastic material that allows design & adjustability to be in focus.
Stainless steel is a very nice, durable alternative that allows quality and longevity to be the focus.
SIZES
IOAKU designs and creates jewelry for everyone. This means that the majority of our products can be used by everyone. You can easily adjust and customize the sizes in the majority of the range. Double check our size guides to ensure that your choice when purchasing is correct.
1 YEAR WARRANTY
We want you to feel safe when you choose to buy from IOAKU, but we know that things don't always go as planned. Products can break or be defective despite careful inspection before delivery. That's why we want to offer you a 12-month warranty so you can always feel safe with a purchase from IOAKU!
ORDER & DELIVERY
FAST DELIVERY
We always start preparing and packing your order within 24-72 hours - on working days, i.e. Monday-Friday. Exceptions are made on holidays and public holidays.
When the delivery is shipped from our warehouse, you will always receive an email notification with your unique tracking number and estimated delivery time via your chosen delivery method.
If you choose PLATINUM EXPRESS DELIVERY, your order will always leave our warehouse within 24 hours - on working days, i.e. Monday-Friday.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
You can easily track your order via the online chat in the lower right corner or via your profile on IOAKU.COM.
If your delivery cannot be delivered under normal circumstances, we will contact you.
Here are some examples of reasons for longer delivery or missing updates on your order delivery:
- It is a pre-order
- We create brand new products for your order
- We are awaiting delivery of your order from an external warehouse (you have selected a pick-up at a physical location)
- We have contacted you because the product you purchased is out of stock (error in our inventory system).
- We have contacted you because there is something wrong with your order (incorrect address or contact information).
