To receive a full refund, the Advent calendar must be returned unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.

If the outer packaging is broken or opened, the calendar will be considered used by IOAKU.

IOAKU therefore reserves the right to offer only an exchange or credit voucher in case of a broken or opened outer packaging.

The return shipping fee is 150 SEK including VAT and is provided by IOAKU.

All returns must be made via an application through IOAKU.COM.

IOAKU reserves the right to deduct a value-based amount in addition to the return cost if the goods are, contrary to expectations, used or damaged upon delivery.

IOAKU offers a 3-day open purchase/exchange policy, provided that the product is returned in unused condition and in its original, undamaged packaging.
