TRACK YOUR ORDER

You can easily track your order via the online chat in the lower right corner or via your profile on IOAKU.COM.

If your delivery cannot be delivered under normal circumstances, we will contact you.

Here are some examples of reasons for longer delivery or missing updates on your order delivery:

  • It is a pre-order
  • We create brand new products for your order
  • We are awaiting delivery of your order from an external warehouse (you have selected a pick-up at a physical location)
  • We have contacted you because the product you purchased is out of stock (error in our inventory system).
  • We have contacted you because there is something wrong with your order (incorrect address or contact information).

FAST DELIVERY

We always start preparing and packing your order within 24-72 hours - on working days, i.e. Monday-Friday. Exceptions are made on holidays and public holidays.

When the delivery is shipped from our warehouse, you will always receive an email notification with your unique tracking number and estimated delivery time via your chosen delivery method.

If you choose PLATINUM EXPRESS DELIVERY, your order will always leave our warehouse within 24 hours - on working days, i.e. Monday-Friday.

IOAKU usually works with brass or stainless steel as the base material for all jewelry.
