Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all users of this website and customers of Ioaku AB. Ioaku AB reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

Prices

Prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK), Euro (EUR) and United States Dollars (USD), including VAT (25%) and excluding shipping (also excluding any possible additional local sales taxes if you are ordering from a country outside of the European Union).

Payment

Payments are made through our payment provider (PayEx) or (PayPal). Accepted payment cards are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Eurocard and Maestro.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 1-10 business days from the time of each purchase ( if no other information given ). Shipment is offered WORLD WIDE so you can buy your IOAKU jewelry from any part of the world.  Rates are as follows: shipments to Sweden 59 SEK (or the EUR/USD equivalent at the time of purchase); shipments to member states of the European Union are 149 SEK (or the EUR/USD equivalent at the time of purchase); shipments to the rest of the world are 199 SEK (or the EUR/USD equivalent at the time of purchase). The cost of shipping and any additional expenses due to uncollected packages will be charged to the buyer.

Pre-Order

If you make a purchase of a Pre-Order Product, do you automatically consent to the fact that the products will be delivered on the appointed time period that has been referred to at the product description/photography.

Cancelation

You have from the point of purchase the right to cancel and return a product(s) bought online at WWW.IOAKU.COM within 14 days, for any reason and with no justification.

Returns

Returns must be sent back within 30 days (except sale items that must be sent back within 14 days) from the date that the product was purchased. Returned items will only be accepted if they are in equal condition to when they were shipped. Shipping costs for returned items are at the buyer’s expense. Returned packages that are lost in transportation will not be compensated for. The refund will be payed back in full excluding the shipping cost. Refunded money will be transferred to the buyer’s payment card within 14 days from the date Ioaku AB receives the returned package. Förbeställning, vad innebär det?

Alla våra smycken är handgjorda och skapas med kärlek. Vi kan därför ibland erbjuda och special producerar en produkt för dig så du kan vara säker på att du får den produkt du söker. Vi erbjuder ingen kompensation för väntetiden eftersom det tar tid att producera en helt ny produkt så när man köper en förbeställningsvara godkänner du som kund våra villkor om förlängd leveranstid. Däremot är en förbeställning inte bindande eftersom du kan enkelt be om att avbryta ordern när som helst fram till att vi har skickat leveransen till dig och få pengarna tillbaka om du har ångrat dig.

Var tar min leverans vägen?

Om du inte har fått din beställning inom 3-5 arbetsdagar så kan det bero på följande:

  1. Om det är högsäsong kan det vara längre leveranstid - upp till 10 dagar. Exempel på högsäsong är Black Friday, Jul, Alla hjärtans Dag, Student, Ny lansering av kollektion & produkter.
  2. Du har lagt en förbeställning med längre leveranstid. Dubbelkolla alltid produkten på hemsidan och din orderbekräftelse för tydlighet. Om det står FÖRBESTÄLL på knappen när du beställer en produkt så är det alltid en förbeställning. Läs mer om förbeställningar och ångerrätt här: Förbeställning
  3. Det har uppstått ett fel med tredje part så som postnord/DHL/UPS. Du behöver då kontakta oss om detta inom rimlig tidsram. Kontakta oss via mejl eller online chatt med följande information:

Har du rätt att göra en retur för återbetalning?

  • Vid beställning online, har du rätt att göra en retur inom 14 dagar från det att du har mottagit produkten och få rätt till en återbetalning.

OBS! Returer som önskas göra eller skickas efter 14 dagar kommer hanteras som ett byte mot tillgodokvitto.

  • Vid fysiskt köp i butik gäller returrätt enligt information på kvittot.

  1. Du som kund ansvarar alltid själv för att din retur skickas och kommer fram till oss inom tidsramen av 14-dagars ångerrätt. Du som kund står ALLTID för kostnaden av retur frakten själv.
  2. Vi erbjuder ALLTID gratis retur i vår butik i Sturegallerian, i Stockholm inom tidsramen av 14-dagars ångerrätt.

Att tänka på för att få en godkänd retur:

  • Retur policy formuläret måste vara inskickat innan du skickar ditt paket till oss eller lämnar in det fysiskt i vår butik.
  • Retur policy formuläret och returen måste ha skickats eller lämnats in till oss inom tidsramen av 14 dagars ångerrätt enligt lagen om distansköp.
  • En retur ska skickas tillbaka i samma skicka som du har mottagit den på!
  • Produkten ska fortfarande ha sin plombering/produktlapp på!

Om du har konstaterat att din produkt räknas som en reklamation och inte ett fel orsakat av dig så behöver du följa dessa steg innan du skickar ett mejl till oss:

  • Beskriv tydligt vad som har hänt
  • Ta tydliga bilder av reklamationen
  • Du måste skicka med kvitto för att vi ska kunna hantera din reklamation. OBS! Utan kvitto går det inte att göra en reklamation.

Vilket material använder IOAKU i sina smycken?

Alla IOAKUs produkter är antingen skapade i grunden av mässing eller kirurgiskt stål. De är sedan legerade i 100% äkta metall av 18K Guld eller Sterling Silver.

Tappar era smycken sin metall färg?

Våra smycken kan tappa färg vid oansvarig och ovarsam användning eftersom det är bijouteri smycken. Alla våra smycken har 5 lager av äkta metaller och är därav mycket tåliga. Däremot har bijouterier en tendens att vara känsliga mot kemikalier, flytande vätskor med starka ämnen eller oansvarig hantering. Därav har de en livslängd som är helt beroende på sin ägare och hur väl man tar hand om sina smycken.

Mitt smycke har gått sönder, hur gör jag?

Tyvärr kan det alltid hända att en produkt som är handgjord går sönder. Handgjorda produkter är sköra och man måste vara försiktig med alla IOAKUs produkter för att se till att man inte förstör dem vid användning. Här kan du läsa mer om lagning och reklamation.
